MY STORY

I grew up in Daejeon, South Korea, and currently work out of the United States. From a very young age, I was completely obsessed with drawing. I was the kid who spent all day imagining movie scenes and sketching them endlessly. After graduating from animation high school, I became exhausted from the intense pressure of art entrance exams and set drawing aside for a while. I then went to beauty college and worked as a men’s hair specialist. Cutting hair felt like sculpting, and I genuinely enjoyed it. But the moment I discovered tattooing, I thought this is real sculpting and I was instantly captivated. While in Canada, I met a Korean guest tattoo artist, and that was the moment my life changed.

“This is it. I can travel, work, and truly enjoy life at the same time.” If drawing was my greatest joy as a child, tattooing is now the joy of my life. I approach it like playing a game constantly trying new styles depending on my mood and the season, just like switching between different games. There’s always a perfect mix of tension and excitement, so I never get bored. Tattooing is deeply personal and meaningful to me. It’s about adding a new chapter to someone’s life story and giving them a fresh “skin” they can feel proud of and love. There’s no greater reward than hearing a client say, “Now I can finally wear whatever I want with confidence.”

I’m still that same kid who’s in love with drawing. Only now, I get to create permanently on skin. When I’m not tattooing, I enjoy working out and spending quality time with the people I love. Tattoos aren’t about maintaining youth, they’re about self-expression and confidence.

Ink doesn’t age, it grows with you.

Park specializes in Black & Grey, Geometric, and, most notably, Coverup tattoos. "Creating a coverup tattoo presents a unique and challenging opportunity as a tattoo artist. Moreover, since many clients face difficulties with their original tattoos, the process becomes incredibly rewarding. I'm always prepared to take on the challenge, regardless of how difficult or extensive it may be."
